Monthly rent for the residents includes all heating, council tax bills, with lunch and tea provided daily.

Location

Abbeyfield occupies a superb location in the heart of the City of Ripon. It is a short level walk into the City itself and all the facilities it offers. 

It is also just a short stroll across to the Spa Park and Spa Gardens. 

There are a number of local churches which in addition to normal religious services also offer many activities which are open to all. 

Doctors surgeries, pharmacies, dentists, supermarkets, local shops and the weekly Ripon Market are easily within walking distance.

Meals at Abbeyfield

One of the delights of living at Abbeyfield is the quality of the food provided and residents will always be the first to comment on the delicious meals they are served by the Housekeepers.

Lunch is the main meal of the day at 12.30pm and is a hot two course meal followed by a lovely dessert. High tea is served at 5pm. The meals are cooked using quality, fresh produce and produced by the talented team on the premises.

Both lunch and tea are served in the warm and comfortable dining room and with residents joining together for their meals, allow for companionship during the course of each day.
